We weren’t kept safe during the presidency of George W. Bush, according to Donald J. Trump.
Speaking at a press conference today, Trump said that 9/11 occurred under Dubya’s presidency. About 3,000 Americans died in those terrorist attacks.
Therefore, according to Trump, “we weren’t safe.”
I may be willing to give Trump credit for that, but let’s give credit for killing lots of terrorists in the wake of 9/11.
I also agree with Marco Rubio that it would have been a disaster if Al Gore was president during those terrorist attacks. He probably would’ve blamed global warming.
