Let me make one thing clear at the outset: this is happening in California. Once you understand that, it all begins to make sense.
That’s because California is a social pathology and an aggregated basket case of politically correct buffoonery. If you live there and you’re a God-fearing patriot, get out while you still can.
But on to the real story.
Kevin Sabo, the president of the University of California Student Association, squealed at the school administration for putting the rights of law-abiding students over the well-being of illegal immigrants.
As one does.
“Obviously, we feel that the well-being of 35,000 undocumented students in the UC is more important than potential career aspirations,” Sabo said.
Yeah. What good is a career if you can’t earn your money in a country filled with people who don’t belong there?
Sabo encouraged President Janet Napolitano to ban the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) from campus, apparently under the impression that they don’t need anyone around who’s going to do something really stupid like enforce the law.
Napolitano pushed back on that (surprisingly) and said that ICE is there for the benefit of students who want to pursue a career in law enforcement.
Yes. There are people in California who want to pursue a career in law enforcement. Who knew?
Anyhoo, in response to Napolitano’s defense of ICE, Sabo dropped the dumb-bomb about law-abiding students not being as important as illegal aliens.
Maybe President Trump will deport him first.
